Sorry for the lack of updates, but the site had a hiccup and we had to roll back things a little bit.

June – YEAST PROJECT #2 TBD
Everyone brews the same beer, but uses different yeasts! Trying to figure out which yeast will give your IPA a clean, crisp finish? Or maybe you want some HAZE? Having multiple samples of beer with the same yeast will give you an idea of what characteristics that yeast will give your beer.
Participation earns you entry into a raffle for some cool prizes!

Haul your old brewing equipment down to Bottoms Up for the annual homebrew garage sale! Or show up to get a deal on some used goods!

Everyone brews the same beer, but uses different HOPS! Trying to figure out what HOP might compliment your Mosaic IPA? Or trying to get an idea of a fruity hop to use in your next Kolsch?
